You will own the CS strategy, operating model, and executive sponsorship for strategic accounts, driving retention, product adoption, and renewal outcomes across multi-cloud environments.
You will coach leaders, collaborate across Sales, Product, and Engineering, and ensure successful transformations with AI-driven insights and automation.
