Be the first on the phones and to greet customers in person as they come into the office. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification. Use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to get customers to the correct department for servicing. Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business. Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members Proactive in problem-solving Extroverted and naturally smiling :) About Our Agency We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in the old UK Extension Building next to Hardee's on Hwy 127 in Russell Springs. Our office is open M-F 8:30-5. I have been a State Farm agent since 2014. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member. We currently have 8 team members at our agency.
