Team contributor and leader who thrives in a fast‑paced setting. What You Will Be Doing Supervise, train, motivate and lead employees to maintain enthusiastic customer service. Ensure orders are taken in a prompt, accurate and courteous manner. Resolve customer concerns. Takes inventory of stock during shift to determine ordering needs and quantity of supplies required to prevent shortages. Counts cash on hand at shift change and at closing to determine shortages or overages and prepares bank deposit statements. Must supervise, train and motivate team members. Must work in a fast‑paced environment. Must have good written, verbal, math, and interpersonal skills. Must have reliable transportation.
