This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 (Day 5x8-Hour). No weekends or holidays.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a Home Health position to provide quality care to patients in Montgomery County. The ideal candidate will possess experience in HCHB (Pointcare) and OASIS paperwork.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to patients in a home health setting.
Conduct patient assessments and evaluations.
Complete necessary documentation and OASIS paperwork accurately.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including social services and interpretation services.
Follow a schedule to manage daily patient visits effectively.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

2 years of nursing experience preferred.
Must have HCHB (Pointcare) experience.
Active Maryland or Compact RN license required.
Tobacco-free facility; candidates must be nicotine-free.
Two supervisor references required upon submission.
