Pay Rate: $18.59 - $19.59 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, residential community policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Serve as a professional front desk presence, greeting visitors, verifying access authorization, and directing guests, deliveries, and service personnel in accordance with location requirements.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and available security-related systems, reporting unusual activity or access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, incident documentation, and shift communications while supporting a welcoming residential environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a valid New York State Security Guard License.
• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
