You will work closely with clients to analyze supply chain processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will provide guidance on technology and data analytics to create a connected and agile supply chain network.As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.Responsibilities- Leading supply chain optimization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness- Analyzing client supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic solutions- Collaborating with clients to implement technology and data analytics for a connected and agile supply chain network- Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations- Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance- Developing strategies for inventory management and distribution channel optimization- Utilizing supply chain management software to streamline processes and reduce costs- Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues- Promoting operational excellence and embracing change to drive business performance- Validating compliance with professional and technical standards within supply chain operationsWhat You Must Have- At least a Bachelor's degree- At least 4 years of experienceWhat Sets You Apart- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Science, Marketing- Demonstrating proficiency in Supply Chain Management Software- Utilizing analytical thinking to optimize supply chain processes- Excelling in strategic sourcing and procurement strategies- Managing logistics and inventory with precision- Embracing change and innovation in operational strategies- Mentoring team members to enhance their professional growthTravel RequirementsUp to 60%Job Posting End DateThe salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
