Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Indiana
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials
- Prior experience in K-12 or school-based settings preferred
- Confidence in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and delivering both group and individualized therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster student progress and engage with school teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to 5th-grade students in accordance with their IEPs
- Administer evaluations and collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists
- Develop treatment plans and provide regular progress updates
- Document services and maintain compliance with school and district requirements
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to the broader support network for each student
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability working within a dynamic school environment
This position is a full-time contract role, comprised of 37.5 hours per week, set in a welcoming and well-supported intermediate school. There is currently one opening, and the interview process moves quickly to set candidates up for immediate impact.
