Start your new career as a Forklift Operator with MAU at Atlas Roofing in LaGrange, GA. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for unloading incoming shipments and placing materials throughout the facility. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for permanent placement.

What We Offer:

$18 per hour
First Shift | Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Second Shift | Monday to Friday | 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Occasional Saturdays

What We’re Looking For:

High School Diploma or GED
2–3 years of forklift experience
Ability to operate sit-down gas/battery and stand-up forklifts
Knowledge of performing maintenance on forklifts
Valid licenses and forklift certifications

What You’ll Do as a Forklift Operator:

Operate sit-down gas/battery forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility
Load trailers efficiently, ensuring proper product placement and securement
Perform routine forklift inspections and basic maintenance checks
Supply production lines with necessary materials
Inspect materials for damage, accuracy, and quantity
Maintain and update shipping documents, load sheets, and inventory records
