Be quick with a friendly welcome, great at banter, and take pride in making sure every person who walks in leaves happier than when they arrived. Master the Menu & Techniques: You'll be crafting hot and cold subs exactly how the customer wants them, getting hands-on with the grills and prep tools (and if you're 18+, you'll get to operate the mechanical slicers, too). Make it Clean, Make it Quality: You take pride in the details—you know a clean store is part of a great experience, you care about following safety standards and always show up rocking a fresh uniform.
