Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,526 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Randolph, Vermont.

• Shift: 8-hour days (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM), 40 guaranteed hours/week

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical, cognitive, and functional abilities
• Develop and implement individualized OT treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills (ADLs/IADLs)
• Assist patients in regaining mobility, strength, and independence
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in Meditech EMR
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, PTs, and other rehab staff
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home exercise programs
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Ensure safe use of adaptive equipment and assistive devices
• Support discharge planning and transition to home or next care level

Requirements Minimum 2 years OT experience (inpatient rehab preferred) BLS certification required OT license required (CT & BLS mentioned in req) Accepts first-time travelers with strong inpatient experience Must be willing to work Sun–Sat schedule coverage Prior travel experience preferredEMR: Meditech
