Vocational Case Manager

Services for the UnderServed

S:US in New York seeks a vocational services coordinator under clinical supervision to assess, plan, and monitor employment readiness for participants. You will collect data, refer to Medicaid plans, and maintain employment and training records in the HRA STARS system. The role requires OASAS QHP or CASAC credentials and strong counseling and communication skills. This in-person position emphasizes collaboration with the clinical supervisor, budgeting with participants, and producing monthly #J-18808-Ljbffr
