Senior Technical Engineer - Security Automation & Vulnerability Solutions
Role Purpose: Lead the design and development of centralized solutions that improve vulnerability management, remediation tracking, security reporting, and operational efficiency across PITech.
Key Skills & Experience
- Robust software engineering skills (Python, Java, C#, or similar)
- Security automation and workflow orchestration
- API development and system integration
- Cloud engineering (AWS/Azure)
- GitHub and CI/CD pipeline expertise
- Data engineering, analytics, and dashboard development
- DevSecOps and infrastructure automation
- Enterprise application architecture and platform design
- Experience with security tools such as Wiz, Qualys, Archer, and ServiceNow
- Vulnerability management and remediation lifecycle knowledge
- Builds scalable enterprise solutions rather than point solutions
- Identifies manual processes and automates them
- Robust problem-solving and systems-thinking mindset
- Influences and collaborates effectively across teams
- Able to translate business challenges into technical solutions
- Comfortable leading technical direction and mentoring others
