The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in international tax and estate planning, with a focus on advising high‑net‑worth international families and their businesses. Duties Advise on international tax matters and cross‑border planning strategies. Develop sophisticated estate planning and tax‑efficient restructuring solutions. Manage complex international planning matters independently. Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas. Provide practical, business‑oriented advice to clients. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in international tax and estate planning. Strong technical, professional, and client service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and develop creative solutions. Member in good standing in the jurisdiction of practice. Education & Certifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills Strong analytical and writing skills. Experience with foreign grantor and non‑grantor trust planning. Knowledge of international income tax matters, including CFCs and PFICs. Experience in tax‑efficient ownership and restructuring of businesses.
