Position: Operations Specialist I (Indianola Location) Responsibilities: Ensure the accuracy of cash letters, returns, and adjustments. Send and receive wires. Accurately input, transmit financial data received, and sent to the Fed. Review daily electronic and teller deposits. Daily operation functions including but not limited to reports, notices and statements. Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED required. One year of banking experience required. Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening, and etiquette). Great customer service skills. Positive, helpful, and professional attitude. Strong problem-solving skills, organized, detail oriented, and multitasking ability. Bookkeeping skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis in Excel. Schedule: Regular shift is 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Saturday rotation from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Compensation: Pay range: $20.26 - $22.52/hr (based on previous banking experience).
