At Mohawk Lifts, this isn isn hands-off supervisory role where you sit in an office and file reports. You\'ll be on the production floor: building work assignments, training and developing employees, executing on leadership\'s direction, and making sure both shifts hand off cleanly, accurately, and on time. This is a role for someone who has already led people and owns it. Someone who has made the hard calls on staffing and firing disciplinary actions. Someone who is ready to be fully accountable for a shift\'s results from day one.
