H2 Health is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our Prime Living team. The therapist must work independently and in teams, making appropriate decisions based on each patient's functional needs. Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Active or eligible for state license. Prior experience in an outpatient setting preferred, but not required.
