Responsibilities
Connect with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
Develop personalized insurance proposals and present them clearly and persuasively.
Actively participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills.
Manage your sales pipeline efficiently, tracking leads and follow-ups.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through a combination of salary, commission, and bonus opportunities.
Requirements
Proven success in a sales role, ideally within the insurance industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
A genuine desire to help people and understand their insurance needs.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage your time effectively.
Comfortable learning and utilizing new sales technologies and CRM systems.
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Clinton Township, Michigan area.
Adaptable and eager to embrace our company's sales strategies.
