Warehouse Operations Associate

Job Summary

CE3S is looking for a dependable and team-oriented Warehouse Operations Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This position plays an important role in picking orders, shipping and receiving, kitting, value-add processing, backorder processing, and general warehouse support.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, comfortable working in a warehouse environment, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders accurately and efficiently

• Assist with shipping and receiving activities

• Support kitting and value-add processing

• Print labels and verify order accuracy

• Check orders for accuracy before shipment

• Process backorders

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse work area

• Accurately identify and handle parts by item number

• Assist other departments with warehouse-related activities as needed

• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a team-focused work environment

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or selecting experience strongly preferred

• Basic computer skills required

• Experience with NAV, Microsoft Business Central, or a warehouse management system preferred

• Strong attention to detail

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Current Pennsylvania driver's license required

• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs.

• Ability to stand and walk throughout the workday in a warehouse environment

Work Environment

This position works primarily in a warehouse setting and requires regular standing, walking, lifting, picking, packing, and handling of inventory.
