Call Center Associate

REMOTE CALL CENTER AGENTS – UTILITY SUPPORT
PS2G is actively hiring individuals with strong customer service skills to support regulated utility programs. Candidates should be able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment, follow structured protocols, and ensure accurate data entry. What You Will Do- Answer inbound calls related to billing inquiries, payments, outages, and account updates
- Accurately enter customer data into system records
- Follow established procedures, scripts, and compliance standards
- Assist customers with payment extensions and service options
- Support queue coverage during high-volume periods
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to handle billing calculations and explain charges
- Comfort working with systems, desktop tools, and customer data
- Willingness to support extended hours during peak utility events
- Remote equipment package (secured access, laptop, headset)
- Paid training including classroom learning and live-support nesting
- Ongoing development and performance support
