YOUR DAY AS A MAINTENANCE TECH

As a new Maintenance Tech at The Ivy of McKinney , you'll quickly become familiar with our onsite systems, tools, and procedures. Your day-to-day will involve conducting routine inspections, responding to maintenance requests promptly, and assisting with any repairs or installations needed. ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS MAINTENANCE TECH JOB?

• To excel as a Maintenance Tech, you'll need a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience of solid grasp of basic maintenance operations and tools.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
