The PMO's charter is to "Increase project capture & execution through implementation of project management principles. The PMO is a support organization that supports the technical teams and projects at Lynntech. As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to assist in the management and oversight of cost, schedule, risks, resources, and scope on a wide variety of projects at Lynntech. Lynntech projects & programs are structured in multi-disciplined technical teams with a technical project leader. The Project Manager works with the technical project leader to help ensure success of the project from a technical, cost, and schedule standpoint.
