Senior Associate

Role Health Velocity Capital is seeking a Senior Associate with 4-6 years of experience for its San Francisco or Nashville office. Responsibilities Financial Analysis: Perform financial analyses and prepare due diligence materials on prospective investments, including financial projections and returns models, unit economics, KPIs, and investment memoranda for the firm's commitment committee and limited partners. Sourcing: Research and screen potential investment opportunities, lead pitch calls with prospective investments, develop a network of investors, health systems, payers, and other strategic industry connections to access deal flow and proprietary information. Strategic LP Management: Contribute to materials for annual LP meetings, advisory board meetings, and limited partner updates. Qualifications College graduate with 4-6 years of relevant work experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, management consulting, corporate development, and/or computer science. Hands-on company diligence experience, including analyzing financial and operating KPIs and crafting detailed trend analyses. Excellent Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) skills, and strong quantitative skills to review financial and market projections.
