YaspFi is a one-stop shop for everything DeFi. Our Web App and Extension are now live on 13 blockchains, with three core products:
- Yield Aggregator (12 protocols)
- Exchange (5 DEX aggregators)
- Smart Wallet (AA)
About the role: We are seeking a passionate and driven community manager to manage and grow our communities on Twitter and Discord. We already have a community lead on our team who will be coordinating and directing the work.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of DeFi and cryptocurrency and will be responsible for engaging with our community, moderating discussions, and representing our brand across these platforms.
What you'll be doing:
- Implement community engagement strategies for Twitter and Discord
- Monitor and moderate discussions to ensure a positive and supportive environment
- Create and schedule regular content, including updates, announcements, and educational material
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align community initiatives with overall marketing strategies
- Provide feedback to the development team based on community sentiment and suggestions
- Organize online events, AMAs, and other community activities
- Track and report community engagement metrics and KPIs
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in community management, preferably in the DeFi space
- Proficient in using Twitter and Discord, with an understanding of their respective community dynamics
- Knowledge of the DeFi and cryptocurrency industry
- Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English
Nice to have:
- Advanced experience with SocialFi: Galxe, Intract, Zealy etc
- Customer support experience
- Additional languages
