Quick Facts: Location: Dayton Children s, Dayton, OH Start Date: ASAP / Negotiable Duration: Full-time, ongoing assignment Shift: 8- or 10-hour shifts (07:00-15:30 or 07:00-17:30) Hours/week: 40 hours per week Employment Type: Permanent/Fulfillment of contract terms License/Certs: Ohio RN license, NBCRNA certification, PALS certification Experience: 1+ years neonatal and/or pediatric anesthesia preferred Pay & Benefits: Salary: $250,000 $290,000/year based on experience Sign-on Bonus: Offered based on commitment Incentive Bonus: Potential yearly incentive programs Additional Benefits: CME allowance ($3,500 annually) PTO and CME hours (0-5 years: 291 hrs; 5+ years: 331 hrs) Comprehensive health insurance 401(k) with match Mega backdoor Roth option Deferred compensation plan Pay package discussed upon application What You ll Do: Deliver anesthesia care for neonatal and pediatric patients during surgical procedures Collaborate closely with pediatric anesthesiologists and surgical teams Develop and implement anesthesia plans including induction, maintenance, and emergence Monitor patient vitals and anesthesia levels throughout procedures Manage anesthesia-related emergencies with critical thinking and precision Contribute to a Level 1 Trauma Center performing up to 13,000 cases annually Provide safe, high-quality care across multiple operating rooms (11 at main, 4 at south location) What You Need: Current Ohio RN license and NBCRNA certification for CRNA Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program PALS certification required 1+ years neonatal and/or pediatric anesthesia experience (preferred) Strong communication skills and patience in a fast-paced environment About the Assignment: Join a dynamic team at a premier pediatric hospital in Dayton, Ohio, renowned for excellence and compassionate care.
