Schedule: Monday – Friday | 40 Hours Weekly

Patient Care Hours: 36 Hours

Administrative Hours: 4 Hours

We are seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join an established outpatient primary care clinic in Mt. Morris, Michigan. Position Highlights:

Outpatient-only primary care practice
Collaborative multidisciplinary care environment
EPIC EMR system
Shared call rotation
No weekend requirements
Supportive clinic-based practice setting
Strong community-focused patient population

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Perform annual wellness visits and preventative care
Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate documentation within EPIC EMR
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Build long-term patient relationships and continuity of care

Compensation & Benefits:

Annual Salary: $235,000 – $265,000

Requirements:

Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Board Certification required within 3 years if Board Eligible
Michigan Medical License (or willing to obtain)
DEA Certification
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and CSL Certifications required
Clean malpractice and licensing history
Ability to work Monday–Friday schedule
EPIC experience preferred
H1B candidates accepted
