Technology Transfer Manager - up to $120,000 base + benefits

Our client is a large manufacturer in the Pharmaceutical industry which now requires a Technology Transfer Manager to head up a small team.

The role:

• Manage the technical transfer projects and balance team workload
• Lead process improvement initiatives
• Technical oversight for product quality and process challenges
• Manager and develop the Technical Services team

The candidate:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering or similar
• Relevant technical experience working in a regulated environment
• Knowledge of process engineering, validation and manufacturing technologies

The base salary for this role is up to $120,000 plus benefits including health, vision, dental, 401k match, life insurance & PTO.
