Loan Servicing Analyst

About the Role Responsible for performing general support functions for Portfolio Managers in servicing multiple portfolios of commercial real estate loans. Conduct research and financial analysis of commercial real estate properties, loans and portfolios. What You'll Do Conduct research and financial analysis of commercial real estate properties, loans and portfolios; assist with data compilation for lender decisions. Prepare and present analysis that will be used for investment decisions. Assist Portfolio Managers in monitoring the performance of assigned commercial real estate loan portfolios. Provide general customer service to clients and related contacts. Prepare various monthly and quarterly reports for portfolios. What You'll Need High School diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years related experience; Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university preferred. Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos; ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence; respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co‑workers, and/or supervisor. Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles; ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages. Basic analytical skills; ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations; solve problems in standard situations. Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Decision‑making with a general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and timelines.
