Be an Expert : Prepares food according to item specifications; plans future and mass productions; prepares for seasonality; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; and demonstrates understanding of product and layout execution. Be a Techie : Leverages digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; uses handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, merchandise ordering, club pick‑up orders, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them. Be an Owner : Drives area performance; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date‑control standards; eliminates waste; provides member service by acknowledging the member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, payment types, locating merchandise, and resolving member issues. Be a Talent Ambassador : Act as a brand advocate; develops, influences, and inspires others to work in a respectful, supportive, and team‑oriented style; understands obstacles and assists in training. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying these to business processes. Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other partners; identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carries out tasks; communicates progress and information; determines and recommends ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapts to change, difficulty, and feedback. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Must successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if hired.
