Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Utah physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• NBCOT certification as listed in order notes.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in an acute hospital or inpatient therapy setting preferred.
• Ability to document thoroughly in electronic medical records.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience treating orthopedic and neurologic populations.
• Previous travel therapy experience preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 0700-1900.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Unit: Outpatient therapy/OT unit referenced in order notes.
