Job Role :- Business Analyst (Repo Trade)Job Location :- Jersey City, NJJob Description:-Business requirements analysis and translation into appropriate technology system change requirements specifically with Repo Trade Capture and Positions Inventory managementTracking technology deliveries against the roadmap and stakeholder communicationCandidate is expected to be expert in either of the 3 streamsRepo eTrading Collateral Optimization or Term Repo Lifecycle Management ProjectsPrepare Global BRDs consolidating regional requirements into common solutionsEnsure traceability of test cases to business requirementsMaintain Key Relationships with stakeholders and give project status updatesRun Development Scrums and Update JiraConfluence documentations as neededSkills and experiencePrior experience working with Financial Markets as a BA is a mustExperience with Triparty Repo Borrow vs Pledge or Securities Lending transactions is a plusBasic understanding of Fixed Income assets like Bonds Mortgage and Agency backed securities US Treasuries like TNotes and TBills is neededFor eTradingoUnderstanding of RFQ Rate Negotiation eTrading Trade capture STP concepts with respect to Repo and ReverseRepo transactions is great advantageoExposure to ETrading Markets like DealerWeb BBG BGC GLMX Tullett Tradition and ION product will be a plusFor Collateral OptimizationoExposure to backoffice clearing and settlement processingoExposure to haircuts margin processing and collateral optimization areasFor Term RepooUnderstanding of repolife cycleoExposure to different repo transactionsAdditional exposure to Market Risk and General Collateral Curves is a plusModerate Relational Databases and SQL skillsStrong communication skills interpersonal skills and ability to facilitate meetings with teams and business stakeholders is neededExpert in MS Office toolset like Excel MS word and PowerPoint is a must
