Customer Service Specialist

Overview

Lutron is seeking an innovative and dynamic Customer Service Specialist to join our Serena Inside Sales and Services team . In this role, you'll deliver exceptional support to homeowners and professional dealers, guiding them through product education, selection, quoting, and order coordination.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat as the one-stop solution for all their needs from product selection to specification and design help to problem resolution
• Work through the organization as the voice of the customer to prevent and solve issues in a timely manner
• Utilize your creative and "outside of the box" thinking skills to propose solutions to the challenges of our business
• Build a strong knowledge of our Serena shades and Caséta product offering

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree required; if less than 5 years of work experience, minimum cumulative 2.80 GPA is required
• Minimum 2 years work experience in a customer facing role required
• Must be located within commutable distance of Coopersburg, PA to accommodate in-office schedule
