Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of restaurant management experience and a passion for hospitality, teamwork, and excellence. This individual will assist in daily operations, staff management, and guest satisfaction, ensuring that our standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.

• Lead and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

• Maintain a positive and professional work environment.

• Manage employee scheduling, training, and performance.

• Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.

• Support inventory management and cost control initiatives.

• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and developing team members.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience (fine dining or upscale casual preferred).

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proven ability to lead by example and foster teamwork.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Working knowledge of POS systems (SpotOn experience is a plus).

• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
