Food QA Analyst I - Lab Testing & GMP Compliance
The Marzetti Company
The Marzetti Company is seeking a qualified Quality Assurance Technician to support laboratory and manufacturing operations. You will monitor CCPs, perform pH, water activity, and metal detection testing, and help ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, HACCP and food safety standards. This role requires strong teamwork, clear communication, and careful documentation in a fast-paced environment.
