Senior Encompass Consultant (LOS)

OverviewJob PurposeThe ICE Mortgage Technology’s Professional Services Consultant will be responsible for driving the adoption, optimization, and deployment of our solutions. Using their expertise and the organization’s best practices, the consultant will aid in the design, building, and delivery of the solution. The consultant will also assist in developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, and configuration, along with testing and deployment. ResponsibilitiesDesign, build and deliver solutions for customer’s critical business functionsAdhere to and promote best practices and design guidelinesUtilize ICE Mortgage Technology’s solutions automation to streamline customer processesIdentify project issues and risks, then present alternatives and solutions to resolve themRecommend features and improvements to optimize and increase the use of ICE Mortgage Technology solutionsMaintain relevant expertise in the mortgage industry25% to 50% travel availability during specific project phasesKnowledge and ExperienceMortgage Banking or Financial Services Technology experience requiredProject Management skills, including status reporting, project documentation, issue resolution, time management and project communication requiredEncompass experience requiredEncompass Administration experience preferredImplementation of enterprise software experience preferredStrong Microsoft Office Solutions preferred#LI-SF1 Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
