You will be a main point of contact for IT projects and programs within the division and will perform a key role in helping the business to deliver these on time. You will work with the business & IT Leaders to bring certainty and speed of delivery to our initiatives, while also delivering against the IT strategy and reporting to senior stakeholders within *** worldwideWhat you will be doing:You'll be responsible for IT project/program execution, capacity planning, management and governanceYou'll ensure that the top level strategy and OKRS (objectives and key results) are tracked, reviewed and managed across programs to drive real change across the organizationYou'll ensure timely delivery of assigned projects/programs, securing appropriate resources and ensuring they hit strategic milestones and KPIsYou'll manage large project demand requests made of the project teams, allocating resources appropriately, allowing for up-front decisions, and ensuring program plans are completedYou'll be responsible for the adherence to our project capability - ensuring teams are complying with delivery processes and standards.
