Temporary ReceptionistWe are seeking a friendly and professional Temporary Receptionist to provide front desk support for a two-week assignment. This role is responsible for welcoming visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and helping maintain organized and stocked common areas.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer and direct incoming phone calls.Greet and assist visitors and guests.Maintain a professional and welcoming front office environment.Keep kitchen and break areas organized and stocked with coffee and related supplies.Provide general administrative and office support as needed.RequirementsStrong customer service and communication skills.Professional, dependable, and organized.Ability to multitask and work independently.Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
