Opportunity Highlights

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm with call 7 days per week
• Job Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
• Types of Cases: Hematology Oncology, Chemotherapy treatment plans, inpatient consults
• Credentialing: 90 days

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified in both Hematology and Oncology
• Certifications: DEA
• Licensure: Active Indiana license required

Additional Information

• EPIC experience preferred
• Coverage for Leave | 1 Position available
