General Manager

Smoothie King

Run a store that runs on purpose. As a General Manager you lead a team of 10-20, own the Guest experience, and drive sales, labor, and quality - backed by an operator group with real systems (daily checklists, automated ordering and scheduling support, weekly scorecards).

We're the largest nutritional smoothie brand in the nation, 1,300+ stores strong, and we grow our best managers into multi-store leaders.

What you'll do

Hire, train, and develop your team
Lead shifts from the floor; model Guest-first service
Run smoothie and Power Eats food operations to brand standard
Manage labor %, inventory, ordering, cash handling, and food safety
Grow sales through local marketing and community presence

What we're looking for

2+ years leading a food-service or retail team preferred
Strong people leadership, accountability, and a hands-on work ethic
A passion for health, fitness, and Guest experience
