What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Remote Client Representative , you'll work directly with clients who have requested information regarding their benefits and coverage options.

Client Responsibilities

• Meet with clients through Zoom and phone appointments

• Schedule and confirm virtual consultations

• Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options

• Explain products and services clearly and professionally

• Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and policy updates

• Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up communication

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Professional Development

• Participate in virtual training and mentorship programs

• Learn insurance products, systems, and client service best practices

• Develop communication, customer service, and leadership skills

• Collaborate with a supportive remote team

• Continue building professional skills through ongoing coaching

Training & Licensing

We provide structured onboarding and mentorship to help you build confidence and develop the skills needed for success.

Training includes:

• Live virtual training sessions

• One-on-one mentorship

• Weekly coaching and development

• Product and systems training

• Leadership development opportunities

A resident Life & Health Insurance License is required before assisting clients. If you are not currently licensed, we'll guide you through the licensing process. Licensing costs vary by state and typically include pre-licensing education and the state licensing exam.

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with performance-based compensation.

Representatives may be eligible for:

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
