Job DescriptionJob DescriptionCoWorx Staffing Services is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team in Portland, ME! This position is responsible for supporting all aspects of warehouse operations including loading, order fulfillment, cycle counting, put-away, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PMResponsibilities:Perform daily material handling activities, including loading and unloading trucks in a safe and efficient manner.Fulfill and process customer orders accurately while meeting productivity and quality standards.Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy.Inspect products for accuracy, damage, infestation, and proper identification, including part numbers and batch information.Report shortages, overages, damages, and inventory discrepancies using established company procedures and documentation.Apply appropriate product labels and ensure materials are properly stacked, stored, and protected from damage.Assist with periodic physical inventory counts and inventory control activities.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with company housekeeping and safety standards.Desired Background/Skills:One or more years of experience operating stand-up and/or sit-down forklifts required.Previous experience working in freezer or cooler environments is a plus.Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain standing for extended periods.Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude.Other Information:Don't miss out on this excellent opportunity to join a hardworking, supportive team- apply with us today to get started!
