· Full Time or Part Time Qualified fully licensed PMHNP’s in Nevada.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to assess individual needs and create tailored treatment approaches.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address both behavioral and mental health pharmacology needs.
• Ensure accurate and timely medical documentation, in full compliance with CMS, HIPAA, and DEA regulations.
• Ensure State License, DEA License, and Malpractice Insurance are always active and up to date.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, holistic care for clients.
