Paint Line Worker Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred; previous manufacturing, paint line, assembly, or production experience is a plus. Ability to read blueprints, process sheets, and follow standardized work instructions. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, safety, and teamwork. Basic math, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to stand for extended periods, frequently bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 lbs. Experience with manufacturing systems (AS400 or similar) is preferred but not required.

Paint Line Worker Job Duties

Operate on the paint line and assemble components for heavy-duty truck seating in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Read blueprints, process sheets, and work instructions to produce quality parts that meet production standards. Inspect parts for quality, identify defects, and report production issues to maintain product excellence. Cross-train in multiple workstations, assist with training new team members, and support overall production goals. Follow all safety procedures, maintain a clean work area, and meet daily production expectations.
