Magnolia Manor Assisted Living Facility at Northern Neck Senior Care Community is Now Hiring a Certified Medication Technician (CMT)! Pay rates: $18-$19 based on experience Health/Dental/Vision Insurance for FT Paid time off for FT Comfortable staffing ratios! Certified Medication Technician (CMT) Requirements: Active Medication Aide Certification in Virginia Must be at least 18 years of age Certified Medication Technician (CMT) Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments within the standards of practice as per certification permissions and state regulations. Prepare and administer routine and PRN medications to patients as prescribed by the physician and document administration per company policies. Maintains medication supply, cleans and restocks medicine carts and medicine room. Notifies the pharmacy of new medication orders and refills. Performs accurate vital sign monitoring when indicated by drug therapy. Maintains current knowledge of medications and investigates unknown medications before administration.
