Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner

Education & Experience Requirements Graduate of an accredited PA program (with NCCPA certification) or accredited Nurse Practitioner program Active Oklahoma state license (or ability to obtain prior to employment) Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience as a PA‑C or APRN preferred Previous aesthetic experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate with exceptional drive, work ethic, and commitment to learning Preferred but not required: Interest or experience in functional medicine, hormone optimization, peptide therapy, wellness‑based treatment models, or longevity medicine Core Competencies Strong understanding of facial anatomy, skin physiology, and aesthetic medicine principles Excellent communication and patient education skills Emotional intelligence and ability to build trust with patients High attention to detail and strong clinical judgment Strong work ethic and professional accountability Desire for continuous education and skill mastery Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment Organized, proactive, reliable, and solution‑oriented Ability to receive feedback and implement coaching effectively Demonstrates professionalism, warmth, confidence, and integrity in all interactions Primary Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive consultations including medical history review, aesthetic assessment, and customized treatment planning Provide comprehensive face‑to‑face consultations, assessments, and medical oversight for aesthetic patients in accordance with Oklahoma state laws and practice protocols Provide appropriate supervision, delegation, collaboration, and clinical support for Registered Nurses and aesthetic staff as required by state regulations and within scope of practice Ensure safe, ethical, and compliant delivery of aesthetic services while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and medical integrity Perform aesthetic treatments within scope and training, including but not limited to: Microneedling Laser and energy‑based treatments Wellness‑based therapies Deliver exceptional patient experiences through education, communication, and follow‑up care Maintain accurate and detailed documentation within EMR systems Uphold all safety, sanitation, and compliance protocols Participate in ongoing clinical education, advanced trainings, and skill development Support treatment outcomes through collaboration, critical thinking, and long‑term patient planning Secondary Responsibilities Participate in team meetings, trainings, events, and educational initiatives Contribute to social media, marketing initiatives, patient education, and brand growth Support office culture through teamwork, positivity, flexibility, and professionalism Assist with inventory management, room readiness, and operational excellence Contribute ideas, innovation, and leadership within the organization Help maintain the elevated experience and standards associated with the Soul brand Training & Development Soul Aesthetics is deeply committed to developing exceptional providers.
