Location: Worcester, MA | Pay Rate: $35 - $40/hour | Worksite Address: Worcester, MA


What You'll Do:

• Manage all aspects of daily operations at the assigned site, ensuring exceptional service delivery
• Supervise direct support staff and support program implementation aligned with individuals' needs
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, safety, and licensing regulations to provide a safe, homelike environment
• Participate in individual treatment meetings and coordinate necessary documentation
• Collaborate effectively with parents, guardians, external agencies, and team members

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience working with people with disabilities
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and safety standards in healthcare settings
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in program development and staff training
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse populations
• Certification in crisis intervention or staff training programs
• Familiarity with Medicaid and regulatory compliance processes

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to participate in rotating on-call responsibilities, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to coordinate transportation and ensure vehicle safety
• Involvement in budget oversight, quality inspections, and regulatory compliance activities
