Entry-Level Loan Document ProcessorThis is an entry-level position responsible for the receipt, review, and submission of closed loan documents. After initial training this position will be hybrid.Responsibilities:Receive and check in loan packages upon receipt from carrierScan packages into the systemPrepare original notes for shipment to warehouse banksReview closing packages for completion & accuracy according to agency guidelinesCommunicate with external & internal parties to obtain missing documents or corrections. Follow up on requests and upload trailing documents upon receiptElectronically deliver loan files and/or data to appropriate investorActivate & transfer Private Mortgage Insurance as neededSend documents to USDA for loan guaranteeRelease notes from warehouse banks to complete purchase of loansCoordinate with Post-Closing on suspense conditions or missing itemsManage personal pipeline to ensure deadlines & quotas are metMaintain in-office filing system to ensure documents are stored according to compliance regulations.
