Exciting opportunity for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to make a meaningful impact across three schools, serving K-12 students with diverse needs. What we’re seeking:

• Active Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate
• Current SLP Certificate (CCC preferred)
• Experience supporting school-aged students, in both individual and group sessions
• Strong organizational skills to manage a caseload split across elementary, middle, and high school
• Ability to communicate effectively with families, staff, and students
• Flexible mindset to adapt to a range of student abilities and needs

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver 55 thirty-minute treatment sessions each week, including 16 individual and 37 group sessions
• Maneuver between three buildings to ensure continuous, high-quality services for all assigned students
• Provide both preventative strategies and targeted interventions as required
• Maintain documentation, progress reports, and collaborate with IEP teams
• Foster an engaging, inclusive learning atmosphere that empowers every student to thrive
