We are hiring a fully licensed psychotherapist who wants to bring their authentic self to work, trust their clinical intuition, and practice alongside a supportive, highly collaborative team.

Salary Range: $75,000 – $125,000 / year (W-2 employment status)

Compensation:$70,000 - $125,000
Responsibilities: What You’ll DoProvide high-quality, integrative psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or adolescents in an in-person or hybrid capacity across our Southeast Michigan locations.
Utilize trauma-informed, mind-body modalities tailored to the client (e.g., EMDR, IFS, somatic work, mindfulness, expressive arts, or Sensorimotor Psychotherapy).
Maintain a full-time caseload of approximately 20 client sessions per week (~30 total working hours inclusive of admin, notes, and team collaboration).
Participate in weekly team consultations, professional development, and community connection.
Embody the core pillars we teach: breathe, move, nourish, connect, rest.
Licensure: Fully licensed in Michigan as an LPC, LMSW, LP, LLP, or LMFT .
Clinical Focus: Strong foundation or genuine pull toward integrative, somatic, trauma-informed, and mind-body approaches.
Experience: Ability to work with individuals, adolescents, or couples.
Availability: Willingness to offer select evening or weekend hours to meet community needs.
Presence: A grounded, curious clinician who values ongoing personal and professional growth.
