Salary: $152,600 - 245,000 per year Requirements:

• We typically look for 10+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, systems engineering, or technical architecture.
• We want proven experience building AI-enabled solutions for Sales, SDR, Revenue Operations, or pre-sales teams.
• We need hands-on experience designing, delivering, and supporting production systems with Salesforce, integration platforms, Python, and Microsoft Azure.
• We expect strong practical knowledge of LLM-based applications, RAG, embeddings, vector or hybrid retrieval, prompt and context handling, structured outputs, tool calling, and AI evaluation.
• We require deep Salesforce expertise, including Apex, Flow, Lightning Web Components, Platform Events, data modeling, APIs, integrations, automation, security, and custom development.
• We value experience connecting Salesforce with cloud services, enterprise data sources, and third-party platforms.
• We look for a strong understanding of GTM workflows such as prospecting, lead and account management, pipeline generation, deal progression, forecasting, and sales productivity.
• We need experience building production APIs, services, integrations, and data-processing pipelines.
• We expect a solid grasp of cloud security, identity, access management, data privacy, observability, testing, and deployment practices.
• We look for experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and automated testing.
• We want someone who can work directly with business stakeholders, uncover root causes, challenge assumptions, and recommend practical solutions.
• We need the ability to move independently through ambiguity, from problem definition to production release.
• We require strong written and verbal communication skills for technical, business, and executive audiences.
• Preferred experience includes Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Foundry, Azure AI Search, Azure Functions, Azure Container Apps, API Management, Key Vault, and Azure Monitor.
• Preferred experience also includes Vercel AI SDK, Mulesoft, Salesforce Agentforce, Data Cloud, modern AI orchestration frameworks, model gateways, vector databases, and evaluation platforms.

• We partner with Marketing, Sales, SDR, RevOps, and GTM Systems leaders to identify, prioritize, and shape high-value AI opportunities.
• We translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions instead of simply executing predefined specifications.
• We own solution delivery end to end, from discovery and technical design through prototyping, production rollout, adoption, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• We design and build production-ready applications using Python, Azure, Salesforce, LLMs, RAG architectures, APIs, and third-party AI tools.
• We create reusable agentic solutions spanning orchestration, MCP servers and connectors, live tool calling, and conversational experiences across Slack, embedded chat, APIs, and Salesforce.
• We develop AI solutions for account and prospect research, lead qualification, personalized outreach, seller productivity, workflow automation, opportunity intelligence, next-best actions, pipeline inspection, deal-risk detection, forecasting, guided selling, and knowledge retrieval.
• We integrate AI capabilities into Salesforce and the broader GTM technology stack through APIs, platform events, automation, and embedded user experiences.
• We define evaluation methods for AI quality, groundedness, relevance, task completion, hallucination risk, latency, cost, reliability, and business impact.
• We implement security, access, privacy, monitoring, and responsible-AI controls.
• We assess Salesforce-native, Azure-native, and third-party AI solutions and advise whether to buy, build, or integrate.
• We turn successful solutions into reusable services, components, templates, evaluation datasets, and architecture patterns.
• We lead technical design reviews and code reviews, mentor engineers, and help establish engineering standards for GTM AI solutions.
• We work with business teams to redesign workflows, drive adoption, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
