Schedule: 07:00 - 19:30 (12 hour and 8 hour shifts as needed). Flexibility required.

Assignment Details:

• Guaranteed Hours: 32
• Contract Length: 12 weeks

Requirements:

• Proficient in PCC.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care and support.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and record patient symptoms and progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on health management.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
